My work can be purchased at my Etsy.com shop (a small sample of which is on the right side of your screen right now). Etsy is a wonderful source for handmade items from around the world.

About Buying on Etsy
To buy items, you'll need to register on Etsy, but it's very easy, free, and you need only a valid email address (see Etsy's General FAQ for details). You purchase items on Etsy directly from me, using whatever payment method you specify when checking out (e.g. credit card through PayPal, money order, etc.). Immediate payment is requested. I reserve the right to re-list items unpaid after seven days.

About Shipping
Ready-to-ship items are generally sent within 24 hours. Please allow one to two weeks for made-to-order items. I ship via USPS, First Class or Priority Mail (and make that decision weighing timeliness and relative cost).

About Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in what I create, and work very hard to ensure that everything I do is of the highest possible quality, from materials to construction. The nature of handcrafted work and my own choice of materials (often vintage or recycled fibers) means that, happily, every piece is unique and may exhibit some slight irregularities reflective of everything crafted by hand. That said, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, in which case we will work together to arrange for a refund or exchange.
